Refund Policy



Right of Withdrawal – Only for Purchases from the Online Store/Off-Premises Store

As a consumer, you have the right to return the entire order or part of the order without having to specify a reason for the return of the products, within 14 calendar days from the date of the receipt of the order. A refund will be given to you in the same method as that of the original payment.

The products must be returned closed, in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging.They can be returned in the same method as originally received or returned directly to any physical Superior14 store of the COMPANY in Cyprus, accompanied by a completed Return Form.

If products are returned via the courier service the customer will bear the cost..

If the return is made because products are faulty or do not fulfill the description given Vip Supplements Ltd (the COMPANY) is committed to bear the cost of returning the product, and the refund will be made in the method of the original payment.

The Right of Withdrawal is subject to exceptions as set out in Article 15 of the Consumer Rights Act of 2013 (133(I)/2013).

Product Returns due to delivery error / Defective

In the cases where other products are delivered rather than the ones sold, by type or quantity, or in the case of the delivery of a defective / faulty product, or if the product does not fulfill the description given the customer must return the products for inspection and verification of the error. In this case the costs of returning the products to the company as well as the costs of delivering back the correct product to the customer, are borne by the COMPANY, provided that the method of return proposed by the company is accepted.

Right of Return

If you wish to return a product purchased by the COMPANY, you can do so by delivery, to any Superior14 Supplements store of the COMPANY in Cyprus, within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions.

The product is accompanied by the relevant Cash Receipt

If purchased using a privileged card, the card and the identity of the cardholder should be displayed (in person)

The product is sealed and in a marketable condition

The product has not been purchased by Offer

(e.g. protein, amino acids or any other supplement that was on offer etc.) and does not fall under the exceptions of a.15 of the Consumer Rights Act of 2013 (133(I)/2013).

The value of the product is returned in the form of a credit note. Alternatively, a refund may be requested, using the same method as the payment was executed.
